The fastest way to reach us is email: support@gdft.co. We aim to respond within two business days. Include the email address on your GDFT account and, if relevant, your username and a screenshot.

How do I publish or unpublish a look? Publishing is controlled per look in the app. Unpublishing removes the look from your public profile and deletes the publicly served image.

How do I change my username or profile details? Profile settings in the app cover your username, bio, avatar, and links.

How do I delete my account? Account deletion is available in the app settings and permanently removes your photos, style archive, and profile. See our Privacy Policy for details and timelines.

A product link isn’t working. Product availability and pricing are controlled by the merchant; links can expire. Report broken links and we’ll flag them for the creator.
